Dynamic Rehab Solutions is a team of clinicians who have a particular interest in and commitment to neurological rehabilitation. Each has more than 10 years experience in their field. We currently provide Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services.

We also understand that life shouldn't revolve around therapy, and so we work hard to teach our clients self-management skills, meaning less time spent with us and more time to get on with life.

Our Team

Meredith Castle - Physiotherapist

Meredith graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Charles Sturt University in 2010. She developed a passion for neurological rehabilitation, including post-stroke pain management, early in her career and has worked predominantly in this space for the last eight years.

Meredith is an avid learner and is strongly committed to ongoing skill development. To this end, she has completed a Master of Clinical Rehabilitation through Flinders University and a Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) through Sydney University. She has also completed extensive Bobath training (neuro-developmental therapy), training in pain management, and training in spasticity management.

When not working, Meredith enjoys running, reading and spending time with her friends, family and two dogs.

Bronwyn Connelly - Occupational Therapist

Bron graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from LaTrobe University and has over 15 years experience working in the field of rehabilitation. Bron is passionate about providing holistic client centred care with a focus on fostering a team approach to ensure the best outcomes for the people she is working with.

Bron has further developed her skills and knowledge through a variety of training and courses and has a particular interest in upper limb therapy and cognitive rehabilitation. She completed a Master of Health Science - Stroke Management though the University of Newcastle in 2013.

Outside of work, Bron enjoys travelling and spending time with her young family.

Shannan Bird - Occupational Therapist

Shannan graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2010. Shannan has worked in many rural and regional settings gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Shannan is passionate about providing evidenced-based therapy with a focus on making a meaningful difference to the lives of those she works with.

Shannan understands that healthcare is ever-evolving and as such is a demonstrated life-long learner. Shannan participates in regular professional development to ensure that she stays abreast of the latest research. This in turn allows her to integrate cutting-edge techniques into her practice, ensuring that her clients receive the highest standard of care.

When not at work, Shannan enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children in the great outdoors. When not chasing after her young family, Shannan enjoys cooking a hearty meal and enjoying a cheeky red wine.

Sally Wilson - Occupational Therapist

Sally graduated with Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2010. Her passion for rural health care saw her choose to study locally and remain in the area after graduation. As a local and a farmer's wife, Sally understands the unique challenges that people in rural Australia with neurological condition face and tailors her therapy to meet these needs.

Sally has a broad range of skills and has specialised training in hand therapy, wheelchair prescription and home modifications.

When not busy raising her three young children, riding horses or working on the farm, Sally enjoys a quiet cup of tea and going out for breakfast!

Bec Nugent - Physiotherapist

Bec has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University.

With extensive experience managing adult caseloads in diverse clinical settings, Bec brings a wealth of versatility as a Physiotherapist. Her approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices with a strong focus on achieving patient goals, ensuring each individual receives top-notch care and attention.

Bec’s expertise and professional demeanour is a tremendous asset to our team, enhancing our ability to provide exceptional healthcare services to our clients.

Outside of work, Bec enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her young family.

Jordan Maddern - Occupational Therapist

Jordan graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice (Honours) in 2014.

Jordan has worked in many settings across mental health and both inpatient and outpatients public health settings. She also has experience in Care Coordination, gaining vast knowledge in the Aged Care system. Jordan is now expanding her clinical skills to work in the paediatric setting as well.

Jordan aims to work with her clients to support them reach their goals and build their independence by engaging in a holistic and evidence based approach to therapy.

When not working, Jordan enjoys spending time with her young family, playing netball and socializing with friends.

Lisa Shaw - Occupational Therapist

Lisa has a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) from Charles Sturt University.

Lisa spent 13 years working in Melbourne, gaining extensive experience working in Neurological and Acquired Brain Injury rehabilitation. Since relocating back to her home town of Wangaratta in 2019, Lisa has worked in community rehabilitation, furthering her skills and knowledge in a variety of areas.

Lisa is a strong advocate for her patients and is passionate about patient and family centred care and a multidisciplinary team approach to rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her young family and loves a good brunch.

Melissa Kelly - Occupational Therapist

Melissa graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2008 with a Bachelor of

Occupational Therapy. Melissa has dedicated her career to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in regional Victoria, working predominantly within the inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation field. She strongly believes that everyone deserves access to effective therapy, no matter their geographical location.

Over the years, Melissa has developed advanced skills in neurological upper limb assessment and intervention, cognitive rehabilitation, and complex equipment prescription.

Committed to delivering the highest standard of care, she regularly engages in professional development to stay up to date with the latest research and best practices. Her client-centered approach ensures that individuals receive tailored support to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their three girls on their dairy farm. She’s a passionate sports fan and a proud supporter of the Geelong Cats!

Courtney Hartwig - Allied Heath Assistant

Courtney has worked as an Allied Health Assistant for over 20 years. She has worked in a variety of community and hospital settings and has worked particularly closely with both physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Courtney really enjoys engaging with clients to assist them with their recovery/rehabilitation journey.

Courtney also has vast experience as an health service intake worker which means she is great at assisting clients to get the right service at the right time. She also has personal experience recovering from a serious injury which required significant allied health service input. In addition she is the parent of an NDIS participant and so she has a great understanding of Australia's health care systems and of the navigational challenges that are often encountered.

In her spare time Courtney enjoys making memories with her four children, as well as watching AFL, tennis and netball, and attending live music gigs.
